Terms and Conditions
All sales are based on A .Uvitech Ltd. terms and conditions of sales, or a specific customer A . Uvitech Ltd. agreement.
Shipments are FOB A .Uvitech Ltd, Petach Tikva, Israel. Payment is either cash-on-delivery (COD) or on an advanced basis. Payment is net + 30 days for customers with established credit.
Delivery
Shipment is expedited by the most reliable and economical carrier. The customer may specify a particular carrier, including rush service at its own expense.
Packing
Components and systems are packed to the highest commercial standards. Customer may specify a specific type of packaging to be supplied at an additional charge.
Test Data and Service Inspection
Components and systems are supplied with applicable test data recorded at room temperature in addition to a certificate of conformance.
Specifications
A .Uvitech Ltd. reserves the right to change catalog specifications without notice, or to discontinue the production of a catalog or a customized item.
